We are originally from Austria and came to US more than 25 years ago at company’s request to work at its headquarter in Atlanta. We moved with our 3 sons (now 35, 33, 31) while our latest member of the family, now 19 years old, was born here. When renting our condos our main desire is to make our friends and guests feel as comfortable as at home. We feel the same when spending time with our kids at the condo and on the beach. Most important for us is to establish a personal contact with our guests and we try to make ourselves available at any time in case there are questions or anything unexpected happens. Most of our guests are retuning folks from all over US with whom we established personal connections.
