After visiting the Destin/Miramar Beach area of Florida for many years, we made the decision to purchase our condo in 2001. Since then, we have owned and managed our condo rentals for the past 24 years. We are proud to say we have many guests who return year after year, including our snowbird who has spent the winter months in our condo for more than 20 years.
