Lori and Greg have been blessed with being in the 11th year of enjoying Splash 107W as owners. Although we've had a 3rd party Property Management company handle operations up until now, we've taken a very "hands-on" TLC approach to our beach home throughout that time. Now we're able to communicate with you directly, and in the process save you money in booking fees, etc. It's easy to get lost in the shuffle when management companies sometimes manage over 1000 rental units. This is our only rental unit. We want you to have the greatest possible vacation and will be personally accountable to you in that endeavor.
