We are Marta and Tom, and we welcome you to Havana Blue! Our family has been vacationing along 30A for more than 13 years, and like so many others, we fell completely in love with the area; the beaches, the charm, the slower pace, and especially the family‑friendly atmosphere. In 2021, we finally made our dream a reality and purchased our home here. We live just outside Houston in Sugar Land, Texas, where I work as a realtor and Tom enjoys retirement. We manage Havana Blue together, and our daughter (who lives in Dallas with her husband and two children) often helps as well. Our grandkids — one in middle school and one entering high school — have grown up vacationing on 30A, and it’s become a place where our whole family reconnects every summer. The kids love it just as much as the adults. We spend as much time as possible at the house throughout the year, and we take great pride in keeping it comfortable, welcoming, and well‑maintained. Our goal is for guests to feel the same sense of ease and joy here that we do. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning to your favorite stretch of 30A, we’re always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help you make the most of your stay.
