My husband Dave and I have lived in NW Arkansas for the past 40 years. We previously moved from Northern Wisconsin. We purchased our first condo in PCB approx. 25 years ago and still have two beach front condos at Edgewater Beach Resort. Out children are grown and we have 7 grand children. All love this area. We handle the rentals ourselves and get down as often as we can to check on things. We are both retired as of last year and hope to spend more time in this beautiful area.
