We are Cheri and Chris McCoy! We live full time in the Great Smoky Mountains in Western North Carolina with our kids and pups, near our extended family. While the mountains are "home", the beach has our hearts. We purchased our condo at Summer House to enjoy family time while raising our kids and as a place to eventually retire. We own and self-manage vacation cabins and a campground in Cherokee, NC full time, so self-managing our vacation condo was a natural extension for us. Although we are in the hospitality profession, Summer House is our second home and we want it to feel comfortable and homey to our guests as well!
