Hi! I’m Jen and my husband is Jon! We’re from Buffalo, NY. We love to travel and do anything that involves the outdoors. We’ve traveled all over for the past 16 years… Aruba, Hawaii, Santorini, and Mykonos are a couple of my favs! Last year, we looked for a spot we had never been within the US, specifically Florida. We’ve visited Sarasota, Siesta Key, The Keys, Lauderdale/Miami, Palm Beach, Clearwater & Orlando multiple times in the past. All are so beautiful and so much fun in their own ways. Northern Florida was somewhere we had never really explored and didn’t know much about… After doing our research and watching a ton of YouTube videos, we discovered Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A area, basically the entire Emerald Coast area we booked our own VRBO properties and spent a couple months exploring everywhere. We immediately fell in love!! It’s the coolest area. Each town has so many unique characteristics, something fun for everyone, and the water is so clear and so blue!!! Might be more beautiful than the Caribbean! We decided we needed to buy a rental property ASAP! We chose Destin because it’s got a little more of a casual vibe, it’s right next to Miramar Beach which is basically the same area, you can go basically everywhere on a golf cart: Shopping, restaurants and attractions are a walk or a quick drive and the beach is right across the street! We hope if you rent our property, that you will fall in love with this area too and make some awesome memories with friends and family!
