Hi, I’m Dorca, the owner of Sandcastle Coastal Rentals, LLC here in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, FL. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to the Emerald Coast in 2003, where the beaches, community, and coastal lifestyle quickly made this place feel like home. For more than 10 years, I’ve owned and operated Enchanted Cleaning Services, a trusted local business specializing in vacation rental cleaning and guest preparation. That experience taught me exactly what travelers appreciate most: a spotless space, thoughtful touches, and a host who truly cares. In 2025, my husband and I purchased our first condo at Destin West Bayside, and I personally manage every part of the guest experience, from communication and cleaning to stocking and support. As a local owner, I’m always nearby if you need anything during your stay.
