Why SGI STaR Management, LLC chose St. George Island Sea Breeze has a special place in my heart. I lost my first husband unexpectedly in July of 2014 while we were on vacation. Our last dream was to purchase a home on SGI and spend a few months at it during the winter with our pets. After receiving his life insurance money, I decided to use it as a down payment to make our last dream come true. Even though we never spent any time on SGI, he is here with me in spirit. I want others to have a happy place to spend quality time with their family because life is short and making memories is so important. So please, come stay, make memories and enjoy every moment you have been given on this earth! The pool is relaxing, the beaches are beautiful, the sunrises and sunsets are amazing! Walk on the beach hand in hand under the stars! And it is the best beach in Florida for dogs!! What makes this House unique: Enjoy the unbelievable views of the Gulf with Sunrises and Sunsets from the Aloha Room with its 360 degree views from the top level of the house. It is amazing!! Relax with a cup of coffee from the Keurig in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the covered wrap-around porch while rocking in the Adirondack chairs. Swim in the private pool surrounded by palm trees with the kids. This house promises to be fun, bright and convenient to everything you want to do and is just a short bike ride to restaurants and shopping. The beach is right across the street! Take a walk at night looking at the stars and watching the sand crabs run along. Lay on the beach during the day, surf and watch the dolphins and flying fish! Bring the kids and the dogs!
