Becki Downs

Becki Downs came to Destin for the first time in 1993, and fell in love with the sugar white beaches, emerald green waters and the laid back atmosphere you only find at the beach. In 1997, after vacationing here for several years, Becki purchased her first investment property. From that point on, her love for the area grew and in January of 2006, she and her family relocated to Destin from Springfield, Illinois where she was born and raised. Becki obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor in June of 2006 and she specializes in investment property and secondary homes. Becki and her husband Jim live at the beach and love the Beaches of South Walton. She is active as Vice President of Beach Retreat Condominiums Home Owners Association and is a member of Community Association Presidents of the Emerald Coast (CAPEC) . Becki also manages her own property in the Destin area so she is happy to share experiences with buyers so they too can be comfortable with their decision to invest in this wonderful area. As a Realtor, Becki is a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce.
