Being in the gated community, you and your guests will feel safe and have the opportunity to enjoy 3 swimming pools, one of which is steps away from the beach house and overlooks the ocean! We call that the "Quiet" pool because it is only accessible to Phase 1 gated community owners and guests. (The newly redone bathrooms and showers there are also convenient when everyone is trying to get ready at the same time, occupying all 3 full baths and the half bath at the house.) There is also a small dog park in the Windmark development and access to restaurants, bars, shopping and ice cream shops.
