2 bedroom and 2 bath condo tastefully decorated in coastal style with many recent upgrades including a new floors throughout, new tub-to-shower conversion in master bath, new tub/surround in second bath. New couch, end tables with USB ports, kitchen table, microwave and fridge in 2021. So far in 2022 is a new comfy, chaise lounge!
This premium floor plan is unique in that the master bedroom and the living room are both located on the oversized 25 foot balcony. The master bedroom faces the beach which is much quieter. There are only 21 of these units in Seychelles and only a handful of other complexes in PCB offer this unique floor plan.
