A stunning, brand new, bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments,large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. King beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the pool..kids love it . Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table.
