Rental includes beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31, 2026 only. Not offered in off-season due to vendor not available.
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
