A complex wide waterproofing project is currently in progress and expected to end January 2026. Floor grinding will be part of the project as was as plastic covering all over the complex. The work will be loud and dusty during this floor grinding stage. At this time construction crews will be onsite working in various areas of the complex. Balcony work is expected as well November thru January. Balconies will be closed and inaccessible Rates are discounted to reflect the construction that will be occurring during this time.
