We are located away from high rise crowds with only a 4 minute walk to deeded beach access. Deeded beach means only those with a code to the community gate should set up on the designated beach area. Deeded beaches are typically less crowded than public beaches. The condo is fully stocked and updated with a comfy coastal feel.
