ADULTS CONSIDERED 18 and ABOVE, . Family oriented rental. House has 4 bedrooms with king size beds, each with its own bath,one bedroom has a twin over full bunk that shares a bedroom with king bed connected by a jack and Jill bathroom. 40 / 10 front deck gives you a direct view of the gulf less than 150 ft to the sand. Parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 cars easily. There is NO SMOKING, No PETS and must be 25 to apply to rent. There are NO parties ,NO reunions, NO wedding receptions, NO family gatherings for any reasons other than the people the house is rented ...
