Escape to our meticulously curated 1-King bedroom, 1.5-bath condo, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. With a master bedroom featuring a plush king-sized bed, cozy hallway bunks for the kiddos, and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room, our condo comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests.
Step onto the balcony and immerse yourself in the breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf, natural dunes, and our seasonally heated pool. Sip your morning coffee or indulge in a leisurely meal while soaking in the sunshine. Experience the symphony of ocean waves serenading you throughout the day. Our condo is not just a vacation home; it's an experience. Professionally cleaned and featuring high-quality linens, your comfort is our top priority. This 6th floor (top) unit provides easy access to the beach and parking lot with a nearby elevator and stairway.

Primary guest(s) must be 25+ years old and closely supervise any guests under age requirement, maximum of 6 guests in the condo.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING in the condo or balcony, no parties, no luggage carts inside the condo.
NO LUGGAGE CARTS in the condo.
Condo association quiet hours 10pm-10am.
Pool hours 9am-10pm.
Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 10am.
Failure to follow any rules as listed in the reservation agreement will lead to eviction with no refund!
**This is a pet free building and enforced by building security/ Emotional support animals(ESA) are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals.**
We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.
Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations posted on the premises related to the Rental Property.
Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part.
Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits. Condo/Building rules are posted inside the unit.
No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, condo amenities, elevators, etc. The Owner will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
In the event Owner is unable to make Rental Property available for any reason other than described above or a reasonable substitute as determined by Owner, Guest agrees that Owner's sole liability as a result of this unavailability is to provide a full refund of all monies paid under this Agreement and Guest expressly acknowledges that in no event shall Owner be held liable for any special or consequential damages which result from this unavailability. Guest also agrees to indemnify Owner from and against liability for injury to Guest or any other person occupying Rental Property resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the phone, spa, hot tub, sauna, whirlpool tub, pool, exercise equipment, elevator, etc. except only such a personal injury caused by the gross negligence or intentional acts of the Owner.
Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests.
We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building which has the potential for noise/disturbances from other residents - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other reasons, or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours.
Departure instructions – we ask that our guests remove all trash and food from the fridge and freezer and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. Close all exterior doors and windows.
Please DO NOT strip the beds as this will be handled by our cleaners. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests.
