Romar Beach Condominiums is located just inside Orange Beach, AL situated beachside on a quiet stretch of sugar white sand. Family friendly complex with easy beach access, private pool and grilling/picnic area.  Sleeps 4 - 6.  Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including washer/dryer for your convenience.  Living room has 48" flat screen TV with DVD player and sofa sleeper. Queen bed with flat screen TV and DVD player in the master bedroom.  2nd bedroom has flat screen TV and queen bed.  Brand new flooring throughout the unit.  Balcony with comfortable seating.  Wifi is provided.

Guest required to purchase parking passes $25/pass- limit 2 (included in your fees)

SHADED PARKING!! (No Hot Car!!)

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Payment and cancellation policy:

Must be at least 25 years old.

50% of the rental cost is due at a the time of booking with the balance due 20 days before check in.

During June and July, Saturday to Saturday bookings only.

Cancellations at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in receive 50%. Cancellation after 30 days before check-in receive no refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Castles 5! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s about as close to the beach as you can get and I appreciated that it was by the elevator too! Would recommend and will stay here again if we are back in Orange Beach in the future. Thanks!

My family and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and accommodating. The pool was nice and the room being right next to the elevator was really nice too. The shrimp place across the street was fantastic!! We ate there 3 times.

Romar Beach Condominiums is located on the beach side of Perdido Beach Boulevard.  You do not have to cross the street or drive to the beach.  We have our own private beach access at the back of our complex.
Our complex provides covered parking with two spaces allowed per unit.  You must have a parking pass visible in your vehicle when on the premises.  Parking passes are $15 each with a limit of two.
Yes, you can rent chairs and umbrellas by the day or week directly on the beach from a private company that provides that service.
During June and July rentals are available for Saturday to Saturday only.  The rest of the year there is a two night minimum.
